Welcome to MitiMara. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MitiMara platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Changes to Terms
MitiMara reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the terms on our platform. Your continued use of the services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and your agreement to abide and be bound by them.
3. User Accounts
- Users must register and create an account using their Pi Browser Wallet.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
4. User Conduct
- Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform.
- Users are prohibited from submitting false or misleading information.
5. Content and Submissions
- Users retain ownership of any content they submit, including photos and geolocation data of planted trees.
- By submitting content, users grant MitiMara a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publicly display such content.
6. Verification and Rewards
- Users can earn Pi tokens for submitting tree planting activities and verifying other users' submissions.
- MitiMara does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any submissions or verifications.
7. Termination
MitiMara reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
8. Disclaimer
The MitiMara platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MitiMara disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MitiMara, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the EU laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
